Continental Manufacturing Company warrants this product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year commencing on the date of original purchase and will, at its option, repair, replace, or credit your account for any part found to be defective in material or workmanship.
This limited warranty shall only apply if this product has been operated and maintained properly, and has not been subject to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, or damage because of other peril or natural disaster.
This guarantee does not apply to normal wear and tear associated with commercial cleaning and maintenance products or food service equipment and supplies.
Continental reserves the right to view any and all products to determine the cause and extent of damage, defect or condition. Continental reserves the right to deny credit or replacement or to pro-rate wear on a product that is, in our expert opinion, being used out of the normal, intended application.
